Just off the top of my head, I’d like to see the ability to “page back” through sections for headlines that have scrolled off, and the mouseover text for blog entries seems buggy. Would like it to show the author and blog name more than an excerpt.
Maybe some tag clouds?

Oh, and a better comment system, maybe like Intense Debate or Disqus or one of those.

good suggestions, thanks! I’ll work on an alternative option for gathering RSS feeds, which will allow for the ‘paging back’ of older posts. However, it will have to be via an external site, since evebloggers.com doesn’t create pages for the displays, so there’s nothing to page back to.
I’ll look into the coding for the mouseover and see what I can do, and investigate some commenting systems too.
Thanks again.

Ah, never mind on the mouseover. Client-side issue. *blush*

Great site!
the automatic refresh makes watching the videos a little problematic but otherwise, well done.

Thanks Nefertiti. I’ve adjusted the refresh for every 60 minutes, as you’ve certainly got a fair point.
I hope that helps.

Hey, nice one. I really like it, hope it becomes a success Alexia. You deserve it.
Luv….me!

Thanks Claire, that’s very nice of you. I appreciate the comments, and I hoe this becomes successful too!

Wondered if there was any way you could remove the Blog Pack Members from the Eve Player Blogs section. Seems redundant to have them in both places.
March 14th, 2009 at 5:48 am
Oh, one more thing if I may. Why do we have non-EvE related blogs in the “EvE Player Blog” section? Annoys the hell out of me when I click a link and the blog deals with WoW, LoTRO, or some other MMO.

Tiger, if they deal with Eve as well, then they’re still an Eve blog. Sorry, but I think it’s fair that they be included too.

The podcast section is way out of date. The ones listed are all on hiatus. Current ones include: podded podcast, the planet risk show, missions collide, bozocast, declarations of war

I’d like to request that the Eve Player Blog list be expanded so that new blog entries dont cycle off them so quickly. Think i’m missing some good entries because of so many new blogs:)

Hammo, you’re probably right. I’ll investigate some other options for displaying the RSS feeds.
September 15th, 2009 at 12:00 pm
I’ve increased the number of displayed titles from 13 to 20. I hope that helps?

This blog seems to be entirely spam. Just a head up. Seems to be all weight loss and real estate spam.

I’d like to second Song Li’s comment above. There are some more active podcasts that can be listed on this site – see Song Li’s list.

The EVE bloggers page says to use the “contact us” link (http://www.evebloggers.com/contact-us) to add a blog to the list, but the link is broken. Clicking on the “contact us” link in the map at the bottom of the page works properly, though.
Just a note as to why I never bothered to have my blog added to the list 3 months ago when I was starting out. I didn’t bother spending the time to figure out what was broken.

thanks for bringing it to my attention! It’s now been fixed, and hopefully won’t be a problem in future.
Cheers
